🔁 Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are strictly processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • No alternate account or method will be accepted for refund disbursement.

📅 7-Day Limited Warranty

We offer a 5-day warranty on most of our products, excluding certain hygiene-sensitive items due to potential reusability risks.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable/Non-Returnable Items:

  • E-liquids

  • Coils and Tanks

  • Batteries

If you’re buying in-store, please check these products before leaving. For online orders, if any of these items arrive damaged, you can request a return.


📦 Reporting Damages or Defects

If your product is damaged, faulty, or not working:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving it at vapesplus.site@gmail.com

  • Please include clear details of the issue and photos if possible.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


🔄 Exchange & Store Credit Conditions

If the product is working fine but you want to exchange it:

  • Let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • We can offer store credit or exchange it with a product from the same category.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • No cash refunds will be given in this case.


🚫 When Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

We cannot process returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Items have been altered, repaired, or handled by a third party.

  • Physical or intentional damage has occurred.

  • Product has been misused or operated against manufacturer instructions.

  • The returned product is damaged due to poor shipping practices by the customer.

  • Any item missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.

  • The product has been exposed to liquid damage, extreme temperatures, or mishandling.

Note: For sanitary reasons, tanks can only be returned or exchanged in cases of manufacturer defects, and only within 5 days.

All returns and exchanges must meet the following:

  • All components and packaging are included.
